Mrs M A Edwards MBE

Mrs M A Edwards MBE, a governor of the Bodorgan Community School is the longest serving school governor in the UK, having been first appointed to the governing body of the school in 1936. As a token of their appreciation for over 75 years of service and support, and an an expectation of many further years of the same the school arranged a small party to celebrate Mrs Edwards hundreth birthday on the 2nd of August 2011.
